Its the same reply if you go back a few pages. So my question is when will u stop lieing to people as as far as I know nobody got repeyments yet. ? I have maxed up all my credit cards and now paying interest on the loans. Where can I make official coomplain?
I have again contacted HMRC who have again advised me of yet a different completion date even longer than the last expected date given that this would be resolved and paid out by.

It is the amount due to be repaid that may trigger a 'security check', which some cynical people - who could well be right - say is an excuse to HMRC to hold on to your money a little longer. I made my self assessment on 17th of May.
Back in the good old days of manual repayments they were mandated to do them on the day the cheque was prepared.
Obviously theres no information about referal from June which was pending on 3th of July.... Now as another refferal was done on 5th of July I must wait till 17th of August. To do this it will take into account the followingIf a return is captured within 45 days of a liability ‘becoming due’, for example a balancing charge debit due for the return year or a first payment on account for the following year, any amount available for repayment will be reduced by the sum required to cover the liability (or liabilities) ‘becoming due’.An exception to this is where a return is captured and creates a balancing charge debit due, any repayment will be reduced by the sum required to cover this liability, irrespective of whether the liability is due within or outside the 45 day period.However, if the taxpayer requests repayment of the full amount and does so before the due date of the liability, the full amount can be repaid without the need for any further formal written repayment request.Note: The 45 day parameter may be extended prior to the June and December statement issue.Where an amount of £10 or more is available for repayment and there are no repayment inhibitions (SAM110205) a draft repayment is created which will be subject to risk factors before issue. 1. 2.
