In order to administer, promote and/or award the Prize and in order to perform these Prize Draw Terms and Conditions, the transfer and processing of the Entrant’s personal information to/by BRV Limited incorporated and registered in Guernsey under company number 45494 and whose registered office is at La Tonelle House, Les Banques, St Sampson, Guernsey GY1 3HS is necessary. Furthermore, the transfer and processing of the Entrant’s personal data to/by Bose Corporation of The Mountain, Framingham, MA 01701, USA is necessary solely for the purpose of facilitating delivery of the Prize in the performance of these Prize Draw Terms and Conditions.
