Exempts assessments and other income received by the FDIC, the FSLIC, the Federal Home Loan Bank Board, the Comptroller of the Currency, and the National Credit Union Administration from sequestration pursuant to the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 (Gramm-Rudman-Hollings Act) and apportionment pursuant to the Anti-Deficiency Act. Requires any depository institution which claims such reasonable cause to provide immediate written notice to the depositor of such cause and a statement of the day the funds deposited will be available for withdrawal. 4.
